Three people, including a young girl, escaped a house fire in Sheffield on Saturday night.
A man and a woman in their 40s and a girl aged 12 were evacuated when the front bedroom of their house on Driver Street caught fire at around 8pm.
A fan heater is thought to be the cause of the blaze, which was tackled by firefighters from Birley Moor, Parkway and Aston Park. Crews left just before 9pm.
The man was given a precautionary check up by paramedics for the effects of smoke inhalation.
People are reminded to take care when using electrical devices and to switch them off after use.
