Lots of our fire stations now have community rooms built into their design. These rooms are available to hire free of charge to any qualifying community groups, clubs or societies.
The following fire stations currently offer this facility:
Cudworth
- This room can accommodate up to 20 people
- There is a parking available
- There is wheelchair access to this room
- This room has IT facilities, refreshments and a disabled toilet
Aston Park
- This room can accommodate up to 20 people
- There is a small car park on site
- There is wheelchair access to this room
- This room has IT facilities and a disabled toilet
Birley Moor
- This room can accommodate up to 30 people
- There is only on-site parking for two disabled guests
- There is wheelchair access to this room
- This room has IT facilities, white boards and a kettle
Dearne
- This room can accommodate up to 15 people
- There is a car park at the front of the building
- There is wheelchair access to this room
- This room has IT facilities, refreshments and a disabled toilet
Parkway
- This room can accommodate up to 15-20 people
- There is a small car park on site but this may not be accessible if crews are not around
- There is wheelchair access to this room
- This room has IT facilities, refreshments and a disabled toilet
Rivelin
- This room can accommodate between 10 and 12 people
- There is road parking available
- There is wheelchair access to this room
- This room has a disabled toilet, whiteboard and hot water – but no IT facilities

Please remember that use of these rooms is subject to a few terms and conditions, which we’ll provide you when you ask to use them. You’ll need to agree to these before we can complete your booking. Please allow 21 days’ notice for the booking of these rooms.
